THE GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED MEDIA

When considering Diana's death, the question arises as to why there has yet to be a serious investigation of the events surrounding the crash by the major media in this country. How could it be that hundreds of newspapers and television stations, employing thousands of seasoned reporters, could suddenly forget how to do their jobs? It speaks of a control of the media that is difficult for the average person to fathom and reaches to the highest levels of our government.

It's time to look at exactly how extensive the government's control of the media is in this country, and how this control was accomplished.

In December of 1981, President Ronald Reagan signed National Security Decision Directive 3 (NSDD-3). NSDD-3 established a Special Situations Group (SSG), to be chaired by the Vice President, that would be responsible for Crisis Management. The SSG was tasked with advising the President on policy options for potential or ongoing crises.

Five months later, in May of 1982, an Executive Memorandum was issued that outlined further the scope of NSDD-3. The Memorandum announced that the SSG would be supported by a Crisis Pre-Planning Group (CPPG) (see CPPG Page 1 and CPPG Page 2), which would be a standing body, and chaired by the President's Deputy Assistant for National Security Affairs. The purpose of the CPPG was given as follows:

 * To define areas where there might potentially exist a threat to U.S. national security (i.e., a rogue state attempting to acquire weapons of mass destruction, perhaps a terrorist organization planning a major strike, or perhaps even a "loose cannon" princess who has the audacity to thumb her nose at U.S. military planners when they say they cannot live without deadly and destructive landmines.

 * The CPPG is then to develop preemptive policy options to deal with any perceived threat.

 * And perhaps most importantly, the CPPG is to develop media plans to enhance the likelihood of successful execution of any given covert action.

It is the "media plans" provision that has led to the wholesale buying off of the U.S. media. Under it, hundreds of journalists have been put on the government's payroll, compromised, and neutralized. Countless media companies have been infiltrated and in many cases, purchased outright by the government (where do you think all that Savings and Loan money went?).

There can be no doubt the U.S. government is now engaged in a criminal coverup in the death of Diana, and NSDD-3 shows just how high this coverup reaches. Remember, the Special Situations Group is chaired by the Vice President, and reports directly to the President. The fact there has yet to be a serious investigation of the events surrounding Diana's death by the media, can only mean that the media plans provision has been invoked by the President. Thus the United States government, along with the French and British, must be considered a co-conspirator in the murder of Princess Diana.

But the true meaning of the SSG-CPPG structure goes beyond even Diana's death, as important as that is. If you will recall, reporter David Casolaro, before he committed suicide (allegedly), said he was on the trail of what he called "the Octopus." The SSG-CPPG is the Octopus.

First, ask yourself why the government classified NSDD-3 and the May 14 Memorandum to begin with. Then consider the language. The Special Situations Group is tasked with "Crisis Management," and creating the necessary support structures to accomplish this. Sounds simple enough. But then ask yourself, where do you have crises? Everywhere! Our world is perpetually in crisis. Thus, with one stroke of the pen, you have created a "parallel government," operating outside the normal structure of government, with tentacles everywhere. Also note that the word "Congress" is nowhere to be seen. There is to be no accountability.

It gets even worse. In April of 1982 the Terrorist Incident Working Group (TIWG) was created to provide additional support for the SSG. The TIWG consists of representatives of the CIA, DOD, FBI, NSC, others as required.

In February of 1986, the final piece of the puzzle was put in place, with the creation of the Operations Sub Group (OSG), which was designed to support the TIWG. The Operations Sub Group (there are actually three OSGs) functions as a "parallel CIA." The OSG is a joint U.S.-foreign intelligence agency. Think of it this way: The Special Situations Group is the head, the Terrorist Incident Working Group the heart, and Operations Sub Group the arm, of the parallel government.

The OSG's primary function is to align individuals and governments with the West. Those who prove resistant to "alignment" are then subject to "termination." Here are just a few of the individuals assassinated by the OSG:

Amiram Nir, Advisor to Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Perez
Chief of Staff General Gustavo Alvarez of Honduras
Ramon Navarro, Liaison between the Medellin cartel and the US. government
Colonel Enrique Bermudez of Nicaragua

 There are many, many more.

The remarkable thing about the Parallel Government SSG-CPPG structure is that it is legal. Every "t" was crossed and every "i" was dotted. There has been much speculation about secret societies, the Bilderbergs, Le Circle, the Committee of 300, the Group of Twelve. But we don't have to speculate about the Special Situations Group. We know it exists. We know its operational arm, the OSG, has left an unspeakable trail of death, murder, and assassination all over the world.

The question arises how all this can possibly be compatible with democratic government? It can't. Truth is, this country ceased to be a democracy a long time ago. It is now one in name only.

The American people, of course, had not the slightest idea that this legal SSG-CPPG parallel government had been created. Congress didn't know. It was only years later, when crucial documents had been declassified, did we find out. But by then, it was too late. It's like waking up one bright morning and finding out you have terminal cancer.

The media is the key in all this. The government knows this. That's why the "media plans" provision was put within the mission scope of the SSG-CPPG. If the American media could have been counted on to do its job, the Royal House never would have dared to order Diana's murder, and she would be alive today.
